Pumply provides fuel price and station information, including prices published by fuel brands and prices reported by the community. Pumply does not set, control, or guarantee fuel prices. Always verify the price at the station before filling up.

2. No Affiliation

Pumply is not affiliated with the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) or any Oil Marketing Company (OMC). The NPA regulates petroleum pricing in Ghana. Pumply operates independently as an information platform.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

Prices on Pumply come from fuel brands, official publications, and community reports. Any of them may contain errors or be out of date, and a station may charge a different price. Use the information at your own discretion. Do not rely on Pumply as the sole source of truth for fuel prices.

4. Anti-Manipulation Rules

You must not:

• Submit false or misleading price reports
• Use automated tools to abuse the reporting system
• Coordinate with others to manipulate prices

Pumply may remove submissions and block devices that violate these rules.

5. Your Submissions

When you submit a price, station, correction, or other report, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you allow Pumply to review, edit, publish, and keep it as part of Pumply's fuel data. Pumply may decline or remove any submission. How we handle the information involved is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Station Disputes

Fuel stations may contact Pumply to request corrections if they believe a reported price is wrong. Reach us at [email protected]. Pumply may investigate and flag discrepancies. Pumply reserves the right to review disputed reports and take action as appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pumply is not responsible for pricing decisions made by fuel stations. Pumply is not liable for any losses or damages that result from incorrect or outdated reports on the platform. Use Pumply as a guide only.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Pumply changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Pumply after an update means you accept the updated terms.
